MOD Systems may gather, use and disclose certain personal information as further described below.

MOD Systems seeks to deliver the highest customer experience and customer service and collecting personal information about you helps us to improve your experience with us. We collect all personal information in accordance with applicable laws and fair methods. We also collect your information to help detect and prevent fraud.
Types of Information We Collect and How We Use It
When you rent or purchase digital content at our kiosks, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information such as your first name, last name, home address, e-mail address, and telephone number(s). You will also be asked to provide your credit card number and billing information.
We may ask for your personal information when you are discussing an issue with us on the phone, participating in an online survey, or when you e-mail us. When you interact with MOD Systems, we may collect personal information relevant to the situation, such as your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, contact preferences, your credit card information, and or information relating to a support or service issue.
We may ask for information for market research purposes, such as your age, gender, and occupation to gain a better understanding of you to be able to provide personal service.
Cameras may be in use when you rent or purchase digital content through our kiosks to assist with legal compliance related to fraud and other legal obligations.
We collect information regarding customer activities on our website to help determine how to provide useful information to you and to understand which areas of the site are of most interest to you. Our web server automatically collects information such as the domain name of the site providing you with Internet access, the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your browser type and version, operating system and platform, the average time spent on our site, pages viewed, information searched for, access times and other relevant statistics. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather general information about our users as a whole. MOD Systems will not use the information collected to market directly to you as an individual.
We also collect information by using technologies and methodologies that enable tracking, such as cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that a website transfers to the hard drive of your computer for record-keeping purposes. Cookies provide visitors a personalized experience on our site by enabling us to determine unique preferences and trends based on visits to our website and to other websites. MOD Systems does not sell, transfer or disclose personal information to third parties. We may on occasion send marketing information on behalf of one of our business partners about products or services they provide that may be of interest to you. In some of our e-mail messages we offer hyperlinks to content on the MOD Systems and GreenPlay websites. When you click on a hyperlink, your path to the hyperlink passes through our web server before arriving at the destination web page. We track this “click-through” data to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. If you prefer not to be tracked in this manner, simply avoid clicking hyperlinks in the e-mail.
Third parties and affiliates of MOD Systems may from time to time be engaged to perform additional functions, such as assisting with promotions and marketing, providing technical services, etc. These companies may be granted access to your personal information if required to perform their functions. However, these companies may only use your personal information for the sole purpose of performing their function and may not use it for any other purpose.

Changes to Privacy Policy
This privacy policy is effective as of July 2, 2010. From time to time, it may be necessary for MOD Systems to change this privacy policy. You should check here periodically for the most up-to-date version of our privacy policy. No changes will be retroactively applied and we will not alter how we handle previously collected personal information.
